End-to-end cruise parking management system, from multi-agency booking to QR code gate check-in.
The Real Problem
Partner agencies managing cruise passenger parking (MSC, Costa) struggled to sync booking flows, creating gate bottlenecks during high-volume embarkation days and manual paper reconciliation errors.
How the Solution Works
Multi-tenant architecture (Central Admin, Travel Agencies, Gate Operators). Generates instant PDF vouchers (ReportLab) with encrypted QR codes. At gate arrival, operators scan the QR code via mobile camera in <0.5s, recording entry timestamp, license plate, and key locker ID.
